Shveta always tells her client that When it comes to fitness Diet and Workout goes hand in hand. To support her clients, she conducts online workout sessions wherein anyone can join from any corner of the world. Her workout program is scientifically and spiritually designed. If a member attends her one-hour workout for a week, he/she will experience that whole body is covered within the week. She also conducts guided meditation at the end of each session to give enough boost to the mental peace for a member to lead a day.
